One male staff. He?s the evening receptionist. Not friendly very rude no customer service what so ever. He?s too busy on the computer most time.

Location, very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to subway, etc.

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom was no door,no parking,The reception area the smell was awful

Clean silent , easy to go anywhere, limousine airport bus very near to the hotel

Quiet and clean room with a very nice shower!

The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The room was small but worked out good for us and most importantly the room was clean. If visiting the Meyong-dong area highly recommend Seoul Hotel Shin Shin.

The location was great and business center with a microwave coffee and water was nice. the room was nice and comfortable and even do you are close the center its located on a quite street. the staff was great and help us with cabs and information.

Room was small but well planned and clean. Loved the toilet with automatic flush. The reception people were kind and well mannered. The location is good.

It should have been little bigger, with space for a small table and 2 chairs.The electric plugs were missing near the kettle.There is no breakfast facilities. But nearby area there is Queens bakery which is excellent .

Great location! Friendly service from hotel staff!However, the room was a bit small. No space for a chair or workspace. I had some work to do & had to use the Guest Lounge for this. Having a laundry room will be a big + for me since I was visiting Korea for 12 days.

The triple room is nicely designed and spacious, has comfortable beds, a living area with enough space for three to sit and open all our luggage. The bathroom, counters, and bathtub are of North American size. The location is good with access to public transportation, a block from the main street, and away from traffic and noise. The hotel also has a beautifully designed and large lounge in the basement with a kitchen area, tables, couches, bathrooms, water station, and free coffee/espresso machine. There is daily room cleaning and fresh towels available, and our room was nicely cleaned by our room attendant. The front desk staff were helpful with loaning us umbrellas, calling a taxi to the hotel to drive us to the airport, storing our luggage, and providing use of the lounge after check out until our taxi arrived to take us to the airport.

There was not a thing I did not like about the hotel, room, or staff.

Great front desk staff, location is within walking distance to two metro lines. Lots of shopping and restaurants minutes away

Location was convenient, very close to bus stops and within walking distance to Myeongdong market, everything was very clean and well kept

Would have preferred if there was an iron/steamer in the room and laundry services offered but doesn’t take away from the value

The hotel is centrally located in Myeongdong. The staff is polite and helpful. Very clean rooms, quick service if you need anything. Very close to airport bus, like 5 min away.

I wish they could offer a basic breakfast in their lounge.

Excellent location, myeongdong is 15 min walk from the hotel, five min walk to bus stops and metro station. The limousine bus stop is down the street very convenient.

The location was great, and the beds were comfortable. Convenience stores were located close by to pick up snacks and drinks.

Coffee in the room would have been a nice touch, but at least there was access to a coffee machine in the building next door.

Location was very good, close to metro and bus stops and to Myeongdong neighborhood - but without suffering the noises of the nightlife. Nearby restaurants, bars and 7 Eleven very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, positive note for the comfortable shower!

There was no breakfast offered and no washing machine for guests, which could have been useful.

Hotel is in a quiet area of Myeongdong and near tourist spots

You need to cross to another building for the guest lounge

The hotel is located in a quiet street but nevertheless near the bus station. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. The main tourist attractions are not far from the hotel. The hotel is new, clean and the staff is friendly.

From the hotel, it was an easy walk to Myeongdong. Although you will need to cross using underpass so be prepared to use the stairs when crossing to Myeongdong. Rooms were nice but the shower was just enclosed by a shower curtains instead of glass enclosure. We loved it that we are all in the same floor

We checked in late at 9 PM and were given a disabled room on the second floor, which was inconvenient because the shower is right next to the toilet, causing water to spread.The receptionist told us they were fully booked and had assigned other rooms because we checked in late. This felt unfair, especially since we booked two months in advance and did not get the room we paid for or what was shown in the online photos.The next day, we requested a room change, and two helpful staff members allowed us a late checkout until 2 PM. The new room was better, but it wasn't clean.On checkout day, staff Ms DAYOUNG Lee called repeatedly because we arrived at 2:15 PM. One staff member was rude, took our keycards, and insisted we retrieve the one left in the room, threatening a penalty if we didn’t.We were very disappointed with our experience and didn't receive what we expected.
